Settlements

Settlement is the process by which a third party helps the parties to settle a litigation. Legislative Decree. No. 28/2010 introduced civil settlement to national legislation, aimed at resolving disputes out of court (ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolutions). Basically, settlement is possible in various areas, but assumes that the dispute concerns the so-called available rights, namely the rights to which individuals can have, generally property type.
